Hi.  I'm Neel,  the Founder of Mettle Consulting Partners.

I am passionate about building the capacity of senior leaders, executives and coaches to thrive in an age of accelerating complexity.  Working at the intersection of change, leadership and design thinking, I help leaders adopt an experimental, purpose-driven, mindset to navigate social, environmental and technological megatrends. I then apply these learnings in the field of coaching supervision to develop and sustain coaches as they navigate the accelerating complexity of the organisations and systems around us.

 

I am British (of Indian origin), live in London and work as an Executive Coach, Coach Supervisor, Programme Integrator, Facilitator and Designer.  I worked in finance (DE Shaw, Goldman Sachs, Unilever) and management consulting (KPMG, bp) before moving into the field of executive development almost 10 years ago.  I hold a 1st class degree in Economics and am a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
