Executive Reflection
We specialise in 1-1 coaching for Executives, Senior Leaders and high potential talent.
Each coaching programme is designed according to the specific needs of the individual given their context. We provide bespoke and 'off the shelf' 360 feedback and can draw on numerous assessments including Hogan, Firo-B and Workplace Big 5.
In addition, we offer Executive Reflection for Executives and Senior Leaders who prefer the support of a thinking partner for reflection and sense making.

We have designed, integrated and facilitated award winning development programmes for some of the world's most prestigious organisations.
Our unique approach puts personal and organisational change at the heart of the learning experience. We place an emphasis on learning by doing to maximise the internalisation of the development and its diffusion across the organisation. We specialise in designing hybrid experiences, combining both face to face and virtual, technology enabled, classroom experiences.
Coaching Supervision
We provide 1-1 and Group supervision to Executive and Leadership coaches.
Our coaching supervision provides a safe space for coaches to reflect on all aspects of their professional work and to receive formal and informal feedback on this. Our supervision approach is exploratory, co-creative, holistic, relational and explores embodied, emotional and cognitive ways of knowing.
